Holidays & Respite

Our holiday homes are provided to offer short respite breaks for families with a child who
has a disability, additional needs, or a serious long-term medical condition.
We recognise that caring responsibilities can place significant emotional, physical and
financial pressures on families, and our aim is to provide an opportunity to rest, recharge
and spend valuable time together.
Applications are considered individually by our Board of Trustees.
To be eligible, families should generally meet the following criteria:

The child has a diagnosed disability, long-term medical condition, or complex additional needs; and/or
The family is experiencing financial hardship or would be unable to fund a holiday without charitable support.
The family must be resident in the United Kingdom.

Applications must be supported by appropriate documentation, which may include medical evidence confirming the child's condition, proof of income or benefits, and recent bank statements.
As every family's circumstances are different, each application is assessed on its own merits, taking into account the child's needs, the family's circumstances, and the funding available at the time.
Meeting the general criteria does not automatically guarantee the award of a holiday.
If you believe your family may be eligible, we warmly encourage you to complete our application form.
If you have any questions before applying, please do not hesitate to contact us.
